Open all canned goods with a can opener, rinse and drain black beans, keep Rotel tomatoes and baked beans as is in can.
Finely chop whole yellow onion and put aside.
Heat olive oil on medium high heat in a large pot and add chopped onions. Sauté onions for about 3-6 minutes until translucent. Add package of ground turkey. Brown turkey until any “pinkness” is gone (about 4-5 minutes) stirring/chopping with spatula frequently.
Add can of Rotel tomatoes and let pot cook for another 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Add all seasonings and all 3 remaining cans of beans (vegetarian baked beans as is and 2 cans of drained and rinsed black beans).
Continue to cook and stir for about 12-15 minutes on medium low.
Add your choice of hot sauce for extra spice if desired. Chili can be served with a side salad of your choice to add daily recommended amounts of vegetables. Be creative and ENJOY!
