Mason Jar Salads – they are quick and easy and you can meal prep them in a large mason jar in advance for grab and go lunches!

SOUTHWEST SALAD

Instructions:

For each salad, add all the ingredients into a 16 oz mason jar. Layer ingredients into each jar in the order in which they’re written in the list above (ie: dressing goes first, greens go last). This helps maintain freshness. Refrigerate after assembly and enjoy within 3 days!
