|Trader Joe’s Everything But The Sesame Bagel Seasoning||$1.99|
Toast 2 slices of high fiber whole wheat bread. Use a ripe avocado and smear it evenly amongst the two slices of bread. Top with this amazing seasoning from Trader Joe’s! If you close your eyes and take a bite, I kid you not….it tastes just like you are eating a bagel with cream cheese! Don’t knock it until you try it! ENJOY!
Yogurt Parfitt with a crunch!

|A drizzle of honey||$0.49|
|Your favorite fresh berries (ie: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries)||$0.99|
In a small bowl, scoop yogurt and sprinkle with granola. Top with some fresh berries of your choice and drizzle with a little bit of honey on top! ENJOY!
Oatmeal Packed with Protein!
|½ C steel cut oats||$0.79|

|2 Tbsp. organic peanut butter||$0.89|
|9 almonds (chopped coursly)||$0.89|
|½ of a banana (sliced thinly)||$0.44|
Mix oats with water in a 2-quart glass microwaveable dish. The size of the bowl is important because it needs to be large enough to allow the oats to bubble without spilling over. Cover and place the dish in the microwave oven on high for 5 minutes. Stir. Cook uncovered for another 5 minutes.
Stir in 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter along with the chopped almonds. Top with fresh blueberries and sliced banana. ENJOY!
