Chicken Fajita Rice Bowl

|½ lime (cut into 4 wedges)||$0.49|
|12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)||$5.99|
|2 cup of cooked brown rice||$0.99|
|1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)||$0.99|
|1 medium avocado (diced)||$0.99|
|4 tbsp. pickled jalapeno slices||$1.89|

Combine spices in a bowl. Rub spice mixture on to chicken and toss to coat. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, add chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally until no longer pink in the middle (about 5-6 minutes), transfer to a serving bowl and cover to keep warm.
Start to assemble the bowls, divide ingredients evenly 4 ways. Start with the rice, then add the red pepper, avocado, jalapenos, and the sliced chicken strips. Top with salsa, lime wedge, and cilantro!
